Couples, friends, and family members divide into chef-coached teams that each create and plate one course in a multi-course meal enjoyed by the entire class. While dining, participants share the tips and secrets that lead to successful execution of each recipe.

ICASI and the Kent State Geauga Campus now have an articulation agreement to where the credits earned here at ICASI can transfer over to Kent State Geauga towards and associates degree, then to a bachelor's.
